The Service

Medi-Calls is staffed by experienced Intensive Care trained Doctors, Nurses and Paramedics with a fleet of ambulances equipped to handle any Medical Emergency at your residence or office 24hrs daily throughout the year when you are registered with Medi-Calls. The membership covers everybody in the member's household or office.

Our Emergency Services Include

A communication centre manned 24hrs daily all year round.

In-house doctors on call 24hrs daily.

Nurses and Paramedics on standby with fully-equipped ambulances

Medi-Calls Also Provides

Assistance and co-ordination with any hospital of your choice in Sri Lanka (government or private) for further treatment and/or warding if needed.

Advance for an overnight deposit to the admitting hospital, if necessary, to be reimbursed later.

Doctor's consultation at the comfort of the member's home or office.

Home medical care, i.e. medical attention to bedridden patients at home. (refer to reverse page)

Medical advice over the phone 24hrs daily.

Medical tests and examinations, utilizing the advanced facilities at Oasis Private General Hospital , in which Medi-Calls is located, thereby ensuring swift and seamless handling of medical reports.
